1. The service

TimeBoard is an app for monday.com that records time entries against monday items and reports them. It is provided by [COMPANY LEGAL NAME], not by monday.com.

2. Your account and data

You must have a monday.com account. You are responsible for the accuracy of time entries logged by your users. We store the data described in our Privacy Policy and delete it within 10 days of uninstall.

3. Acceptable use

Do not use TimeBoard to monitor individuals without their knowledge, to violate law, or to interfere with the service. TimeBoard does not capture screenshots, keystrokes, or activity outside monday.com.

4. Fees

Plans and trials are sold and billed through the monday.com Marketplace under monday.com's billing terms. Prices are shown on the listing page.

5. Contact from us

We will contact you only about the service: security notices, outages, billing, and replies to your support requests. We do not send marketing email unless you opt in.

6. Warranty and liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

7. Termination

You may uninstall at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms. Sections 2, 6 and 8 survive termination.
